MRCI Accreditation Certificate

Several Partnerships have enquired about the MRCI Accreditation Certificate and what the process is.

We have launched two awards:

MRCI
'Safe and Secure Accreditation Certificate' for new and existing partnerships. This ensures that your Partnership has the necessary structure and processes in place to enable the secure and legal sharing of intelligence and to demonstrate that you are in a position to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in your Partnership area. It is a questionnaire which is available from MRCI. When applying for the documentation you will be allocated a personal assessor to assist you through the process who will visit you and examine your evidence in support of your application. If successful you will be awarded the Accreditation certificate.

The second award is the MRCI 'Safe and Secure' Excellence Award. Many National Businesses are now questioning whether they should spend vast amounts of money to be members of partnerships across the Country. They state that there are some good and not so good partnerships and they are asking for value for money. This award will demonstrate to these businesses just that. That you have a proven track record in reducing crime and the fear of crime. Your Partnership has demonstrated excellence. This award again is a questionnaire format which will be judged by the MRCI Board of Directors. You can make a personal appearance at a Board meeting to support your application if you wish. To apply for this prestigious award you must be the holder of a current Accreditation Certificate.
